Riad Dar Najat is a fantastic Riad. The owners, Olivier and
his beautiful wife-to-be, and his friends form a wonderful cast of
characters for your trip. It really is true: Riad Dar Najat is an
oasis amidst the hectic and busy activity in the old city centre
(Medina). And yet it is only a few minutes walk from the square.
The thought that has gone into designing this Riad can't be
described; it has to be seen. It truly is beautiful, from the
vintage looking furniture to the great art on the wall. This place
is something special.
Olivier and his staff took great care of us. From the nice breakfast, to serving cold drinks on the fine roof terrace, a great place to hang around (and enjoy the music Olivier selects, mostly nice soultracks but he should really throw away those UB40 songs!). We had one meal there which was splendid. Make sure to have diner at the riad at least once. We went to the Ourika Valley as well, which was a great trip. Nice to get away from the center and see the Morrocan countryside a bit. The driver and guide that Olivier arranged were great. Oh, and the dog was great fun too! Recommended! Ce membre de
